Timothy Pedersen MS, PT

I graduated from Dartmouth High School in 1984 and then Springfield College with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy in 1990.  I've been a  Fairhaven resident for 20+ years.  I served as a  Clinic manager for several of Braintree Hospital's outpatient clinics until 1999 when I left to take a position as Therapy Director for Clifton Rehabilitative Nursing Center in Somerset, MA.  While there,  I managed and helped expand their inpatient rehabilitation program and started the Clifton Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic.  In 2010,  I opened Synergy Physical Therapy in Fairhaven.

I specialize in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation but treat a wide variety of other problems including balance and gait issues and stroke rehabilitation.  I am Level 1 certified by the Titleist Performance Institute.

I am a member of the National  American Physical Therapy Association, State chapter,  and both the Sports Therapy and Private Practice Sections.  I am one of the only local therapists that attends the state chapter Shoulder and Manual Therapy Special Interest Groups.

I enjoy kayaking, skiing and spending time with my family - especially when riding roller coasters!
